TERMS OF SERVICE
These Terms of Service apply to all appointments and services booked through LA JOLLA SKIN STUDIO website and facilities. By booking an appointment online, you agree to all terms and conditions outlined below.
APPOINTMENT DEPOSITS
Deposit Requirements - A card on file is required upon booking all appointments at LA JOLLA SKIN STUDIO. A non-refundable deposit will be automatically charged to your card at the time of appointment scheduling. Deposits are as follows: $100.00 for facial services, and $200.00 for all medical services requiring medical director supervision.
Deposit Usage & Terms
Deposits are nonrefundable and one hundred percent (100%) of your deposit will be applied toward your service charges at checkout. Deposits can only be used toward treatment services and cannot be applied toward product purchases of any kind. Deposits are personal and non-transferable—they must be utilized by the patient who made the initial deposit payment. All deposits must be used for services at LA JOLLA SKIN STUDIO.
CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING POLICY
LA JOLLA SKIN STUDIO does not allow cancellations of scheduled appointments under any circumstances. Should an appointment be cancelled by the patient, the full deposit amount will be forfeited and lost. This cancellation policy is strictly enforced and applies to all patients regardless of circumstance, including illness or sickness.
We do allow rescheduling of appointments, provided that written notice is submitted no later than forty-eight (48) hours prior to your scheduled appointment time. Rescheduled appointments must be made in writing through the contact form at lajollaskinstudio.com or by emailing medspa@lajollaskinstudio.com. Phone requests to reschedule appointments are not accepted.
Any rescheduling request submitted less than forty-eight (48) hours prior to the scheduled appointment time will result in forfeiture of one hundred percent (100%) of your deposit. This policy is strictly enforced with no exceptions. Rescheduling must be completed in writing forty-eight (48) hours prior to your initial appointment time.
If you arrive more than ten (10) minutes late to your scheduled appointment, your appointment will be cancelled and your deposit will be forfeited in full. You will need to reschedule and place a new deposit.
GENERAL POLICIES
All Sales Are Final. We do not offer returns or exchanges under any circumstances. All purchases and service deposits are final and non-refundable. Refunds are not available for any reason.
PRODUCT PURCHASES & SHIPMENTS
If you do not receive your product order, please contact the shipping carrier with your tracking number. We are not responsible for lost or stolen shipments. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items at our facility. Please do not leave valuables unattended. We are also not responsible for lost or stolen product shipments ordered through our website.
SERVICE PROVIDERS
While you may request a specific service provider when booking your appointment, we cannot guarantee that the requested practitioner will be performing your service on the day of your treatment. Due to unforeseen circumstances including illness or unexpected shift cancellations, your appointment may be performed by another qualified service provider on our team. All service providers at LA JOLLA SKIN STUDIO are held to the same quality standards, and we are committed to maintaining consistent service quality across our entire team.
LIABILITY & DISCLAIMER
By booking an appointment with LA JOLLA SKIN STUDIO, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms of Service. You agree that all services are received at your own risk and that LA JOLLA SKIN STUDIO is not responsible for any adverse reactions or complications that may arise from treatments. Our service providers are held to the highest professional standards.
